Recently however, we have made a significant investment into designing and developing our bespoke tablet based app, FDIS-Trak. This app will transform the way we operate as a company in terms of our efficiency and flexibility and the unique service we are able to offer to our clients. The FDIS-Trak app will enable our trained inspectors to instantly identify, photograph and upload every door maintenance issue on site in real time. It will also ensure access to site specific historical data whilst on-site and give our clients a remote and secure access to all of their relevant information wherever and whenever they require it, through a unique login. Our in-house programming team can tailor the app exactly to match every site’s needs. We are currently planning to extend this capability to mirror the client’s on-site CAFAM/ Facilities Management software.
